Here at Ferrycarrig Hotel we pride ourselves on supporting local food producers. In June of this year we took the decision to showcase the fantastic local producers in Wexford that supply us with the freshest ingredients. The best way to do this was to to set up our Ferrycarrig Hotel Blog.
On our journey we have met many great local food producers in County Wexford and we look forward to continue to tell their story
